Body Fit :
A resistance training program designed for optimal “leaning-out”
with a focus on streamlining the inner thighs, the back of the arms, hips, abs, legs, and bottom. Mixes
cardio with upper and lower body weight training.
Bottom ½ :
A low impact training program specifically designed to tone
and tighten the bottom half of the body. Lose body fat while developing long lean muscles.
Special concentration on the abs, glutes, hips, and thighs. Lose 3-5 inches.
G.I. JANE
:
A boot camp for women who desire the push to get in great shape. Lose body fat through a military
style inspired training program. Consists of calisthenics and conditioning – no weights.
REAL WOMEN do boot camp.
Results
: A strength training program designed to curve and strengthen both the upper and lower body while
enhancing the body’s ability to burn fat. Use weights to lose weight!
Spring/Winter/Fall Training :
An intense cardio training program incorporating kicking,
boxing, lunges, and crunches. This is a real meltdown – bring a towel.
Focus : Focus on quality movements that will enhance mobility, balance, and core stabilization while increasing
muscle definition and endurance. Focus on training patterns that integrate compound exercises for time-efficient results.
12 Days of Fitness : In 12 days, you will have the opportunity
to experience all of Jack Silberman’s Fit Camps.
Summer Camp – a combination of all our camps taught throughout the 4 weeks
