GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN

Class Descriptions v ABS – 15 minute class
focused on working the abdominal muscles v Calorie
Burner
– interval
training utilizing free weights, floor aerobics and step for a combination of cardiovascular and muscular strength training
blast! v The Tuesday/Thursday
Mix – a sequential method of training utilizing calisthenics, strength
training, weights and cardio conditioning exercises. Something new each class! v Dance Fitness – a combination of various aerobic
moves and dance elements put together to form a fun-filled, energized exercise class v FIT CAMP – 5-week training sessions lasting 45 minutes that focus on a variety of movements
using large muscles for aerobic and anaerobic exercise (fee for camp) v Interval Blast – Enjoy a variety of different exercises, changing each week. Consists of Kickboxing, Butts
& Guts, Body Sculpting, and Circuit. v SPIN – 45 minutes of traditional spinning set to an incredible intensity
guaranteed to maximize one’s potential v W.O.W. – 60 minute low-impact class designed for women who are 20 pounds
or more overweight. Class focuses on toning, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises
