MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING ENOUGH CALORIES A DAY BASED ON YOUR SIZE, AND IF YOU DROP YOUR CALORIES TOO LOW < 1000 CAL/DAY, THAT WILL STARVE YOUR SYSTEM AND TRAIN IT TO STORE FOOD, NOT BURN IT UP. 
Remember, there are more choices of proteins and carbs, these are just a few good suggestions. Also don't forget, your body needs good fats in your diet to make it complete,(omega 3 omega 6)
